TERMS & CONDITIONS

Making a Booking.

Make A Memory Events will provide Photo Booth, Candy Cart and/or Donut Wall hire for your event. We require a non-refundable deposit of £50 upon booking your hire, with the balance becoming payable via BACS 1 week before your event.
We will not confirm your date until this deposit has been received.

Use of Images.

By booking the Photo Booth, you agree to images taken at your event to be used for Social Media purposes and Marketing. (If this is not acceptable then please let us know).

Setting Up

We will aim to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of your event to set up unless otherwise agreed. The hire will be operated within the agreed hire times. If the Photo Booth is closed due to technical difficulties, we will add the time to the end of your booking. A refund can only be made if the hire item is not operational.
Make A Memory Events cannot be held liable due to venue difficulties or over running speeches etc., or due to delays due to traffic or break down (a refund will be given pro-rata).

Abuse

Whilst we encourage the fun use of the hire items, if we feel that the hire items are not being treated in a respectful manner we will close the item until it can be safely restarted. We will not accept any threatening behaviour, if this occurs we will stop the use of the hire item and dismantle with no refund.

Cancellation.

If you wish to cancel a booking, the deposit of £50 is non-refundable, we ask for 1 month written notice prior to your event to cancel your booking, if written notice is not received then the full payment will become due and no refund will be due.
